Some 14 different partnering organizations will be onsite to offe r free resources to veterans.  The event is scheduled for the hours of 11 :00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. Please see the attached publicity flyer.   Ms. D ebbie Buchanan\, Exec. Dir. of MHVI\, has shared that they will need help with the following duties: distributing bikes\, helmets\, & locks servin g food distributing hygiene items and other giveaways effecting setup/clea nup a couple of people to float around - providing assistance to veterans\ , if needed   I plan to be present during the entire event\, both to as sist and to coordinate volunteers from Elmbrook Rotary Club. I will need to know the times y ou are available and the duties you prefer.   I realize that this event follows on the heels of our Elmbrook Family Fest.
