Another great Common Hope adventure included, building a home, enjoying the beauty and the people of Guatemala.
Our Elmbrook Rotary Team spent a week volunteering with Common Hope last month. Members Kemal Y, Kerri R, Erik M, Harry F, Mark T, and Phyllis B, were joined by Carol Moeser, District Secretary Dana Kohlmeyer (Neenah RC) and her daughter Kendall from Los Angeles, Fran Wargolet (Kenosha-West RC - Ms. (Shelterbox) and her daughter Katrina Kyne and daughter Sophie Kyne. This made for an amazing team, as always happens, especially when we reach out beyond our membership for participants.
The Elmbrook Rotary also rallied for the request for musical instruments for young Guatemalan musicians. There were an assorted 14 Instruments delivered on the trip. Thank you, Rotarians, and all those who selflessly gave of their instruments from years gone by.
