Elmbrook Rotarians – mark your calendars for our annual Changing of the Guard Dinner and Silent Auction on June 25th at Western Racquet Club. Join in celebrating our successes from the past year and giving a rousing start to the new Rotary Year!
The event will be held on Thursday, June 25th beginning at 5:00 pm with dinner starting at 6:00 pm. The Silent Auction will once again feature a variety of items that'll appeal to everyone – from wine baskets and weekend getaways, to tickets for sporting events and a whole lot more. Remember that all amounts raised in the Silent Auction go towards our annual Spikes for Tykes fundraising so please take part and contact Linda Wickstrom if you have anything to donate for the auction.
The evening will also involve the installation of 2015-16 Club and Foundation Officers, the celebration of our new Paul Harris Fellows along with other recognitions and awards. The new International Theme for the upcoming 2015-2016 Rotary Year – proclaimed by Rotary President  K.R. "Ravi" Ravindran is, “Be a Gift to the World." So don’t miss the Elmbrook Rotary Club’s premier social event of the year!
All Club Members and their guests are encouraged to attend the event which is paid for as part of your annual dues. Note that there is no charge to Club Members and a guest for the dinner however, there is a cash bar for cocktails.  Watch for additional information on signing-up and dinner choices in the weeks ahead. And finally, as in the past, this event will take the place of our regular weekly meeting, so we will not meet on the following Friday morning, June 26th.
Hope to see everyone there!
