Fentanyl has become the leading cause of death in American teens. An average of 22 adolescents 14-18 years of age dies each week in the US from an opioid overdose, and over the past 8 years, +150 adolescents in Wisconsin have died.

In Waukesha County 2023 to date, there have been 60 deaths with 35 (58%) of those were Fentanyl related.
